Papers are called for presentation by the librarians, information professionals, teachers, researchers, and students and will be published in an edited book with ISBN No.

  • The papers submitted at the conference should be the original work of the author(s).

  • Research papers based on surveys and case studies are given preference for presentation.

  • The paper submitted should have been neither published anywhere nor kept under consideration for publication.

  • The contributors can include any other topic falling under the broad gamut of the main theme or the sub-theme of the conference

  • Also, high-quality research contributions describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work in the areas are cordially invited for presentation at the conference. Selected quality papers will be considered for publication as Book Chapters in Edited Book with ISBN.

  • Submitted papers will be checked for Plagiarism and similarity content and the similarity of the content should not exceed 10%.

Conference Guidelines

  • Only registered Delegates can attend the Conference

  • Certificate of participation/presentation will be awarded to the participant only if he/she has registered by paying the prescribed fee and is present at the conference

  • At least one author/co-author should be available to present the paper at the conference

  • Selected papers will be notified through email 

  • Registered candidates cannot claim a refund due to absence or any other reason.                                                                                            

Guidelines for Submission of Papers

  • The manuscript may be limited to 2500 to 4000 words.

  • Authors can submit their full papers to- Email: 

  • The main title should be followed by the name, affiliation, and address of the author(s) with email and contact nos.

  • The paper should be sent along with the declaration letter stating that the work is original and not presented/published anywhere else

  • Papers approved by the conference review committee will be accepted for the oral presentation

  • The paper should be in MS-word format, font: Times New Roman,      size: 12, space: 1.5 lines, paper size: A4.

  • Headings & sub headings must be in bold font, justified, and numbered according to the level of heading as below:

1. First-level heading

1.1 Second  level heading

1.1.1  Third-level heading

  • Figures, charts, photos, and tables within the article should have proper numbers and   descriptions

  • The length of the abstract should  be in italics and limited to 200 words 

  • Keywords: 2-5 words.

  • All references and Citation should be in  APA style 


  • All papers must be accompanied by one passport-size colour photograph

  • Papers approved by the conference review committee will be accepted for the oral presentation

THE ESSENTIAL OF AN ARTICLE: The article can include an Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Expressing Opinion, Impact study, Case Study, Sharing Experience, Analysis and Interpretation, Findings and Suggestions, etc.
